If we could kindly remove wifi's ability to make status updates, that would be terrific. Seriously, is he autistic or just a massive idiot?

For some unknown reason putting the brakes on someone's posting ability doesn't stop them from posting status updates. It's a bizarre omission in the board software.

I nuked one of his due to blathering, so now he's posted another with complaints about that one's deletion. The only other thing to do is suspend him entirely, and I hesitate to do that because "being annoying" isn't a board violation.

If it was, half of us would be banned.

Apparently it stops him from commenting on status updates though. When he messed up the first one, he couldn't make a comment to correct the mistake so he deleted it.

I don't think a ban is necessary, he said he is moving over to HuskerMax. He is really into recruiting so if he can't create threads he doesn't want to be here. I figured that wasn't necessarily true.

Just so everyone knows. I would find him annoying from time to time. Dont spend as much time in recruiting as others, so I cant really appreciate the annoyance that he supposedly has become in here. But for the most part, I just ignored him, but would make remarks about him for the sake of humor. This thread has been quite funny at times.

He's said a lot of stuff that he's gone back on, though. The instant I PM'd him about curtailing his posting he told me he was leaving for HuskerMax. That was 24 hours and at least four status updates ago. For a guy who's done here, he seems to have a hard time finding the exit.

For my part I hope he stays. He just needs to chill out. He'll come around and in a month or two everyone will love him and trade .gifs with him, like walksalone does with Hedley.
