I think I was out of the loop for the wifi-asco. Is he still a poster here or is he banned?...kind of assuming he's banned.

Was/Is he actually a Wisconsin fan? What exactly did he do?

still can't figure out why if he's a wisconsin fan he spends so much time in nebraska forums (paid ones at that)
