It looks like he's only used one IP address that doesn't correspond with anyone else - as far as I can tell.

The IP comes up as Blue Valley Communications in Kansas which doesn't ring a bell with me.

OK -- regardless of where he came from, I think he's demonstrated himself to be a clear troll. I've banned him.
