There is something wrong with the Report This Post feature

Frank alluded to this in another thread, saying he didn't see the red flag atop the board alerting him to a reported post. Now I notice there are ten (10) reported posts over the weekend, but nobody has seen them (apparently) because the Reported Post flag isn't working.

 
Neat...............I've also noticed that when I go to respond to members status updates, I can't. It won't post what I've responded with unless I respond to my own status update. Weird.......

Right. I checked my permissions the other night - they're fine. I also checked the system and didn't find anything, but I'll look at it again. I should be getting an email AND an "inline" notice every time there's a report made or a response to a report. Nada.

Is ANYONE getting notices?

 
Okay, I think I solved part of the problem. It was set up so only mods could view the report center. So anyone with an admin mask can't see it - or couldn't. I corrected that. Had to have been a default setting that kicked in when the software was upgraded.

I don't know if that will show me the flags, but I think it will. At the very least, it allows me to now see reports.
