Thread of Hate

haha I'm sticking with it. I just usually shed lbs a lot faster. I was up to about 260 a little over a yr and a half ago, and now am right at 200. I just want to cut another 10 lbs and I will be pretty content with myself. Just spent 2 hours down at the football field running around. Hopefully it kicks my fat loss in the butt.
nice, well done...

After the 1st, I have to get my a$$ in gear. I have roughly 14 months to lose 70 - 80lbs
Yeah, it's not easy. You pretty much have to have a lifestyle change to do it right, but it's worth it to be healthy and feel more athletic

That'll be tough. It took me about two years to lose 80ish pounds a couple years back.

I hate putting things into categories.

I hate Missouri fans.
I hate when people who hate putting things in categories, categories all Missouri fans and then hate them... :dunno eyeswear2allthatsholy

:P

I hate that the big8 is gone.

I hate kansas (the school, the state & the people)

I hate that my annoying in-law family members think its funny to constatly buy my kids husker clothing, then get mad when i donate it to goodwill

I hate that I will likely have no one around me to hate on when Mizzou plays their team anymore.

I hate that I am too poor to have season tickets for next season, it would have been fun and exciting to see all new teams and fans.

I hate that even thought MU has a great basketball team this year, I cant shake the feeling like we will blow it in the end.

Would you hate it if I told you I used to be 265 during high school football and lost 30lbs in a year doing absolutely nothing overly athletic, just a few pick up football games.

Then I paid for it by losing the muscle mass I had built up from football so my metabolism dropped and I gained 20lbs back as mostly fat... Now I'm trying to build it back.

haha no i wouldn't hate it. Like I said, losing weight isn't so much something that you do and then it's done. It's more like a lifestyle change. Better eating habits, more physical activity. I picked up weight lifting a little over a year ago too so I am always trying to add mass and take glutamine and protein and all kinds of weird stuff. I'm addicted.

I hate that while some people are trying to lose weight, I continue to eat like a pig. Thick & juicy medium rare ribeye steaks drenched in sauteed mushrooms, ridiculous Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza dripping with cheese (the kind of pie where one piece fills you up), an assortment of deep fried delicacies like calamari, rocky mountain oysters, and parmesan encrusted zuchinni sticks, and the never empty ice cold beers (oh my don't forget those). Oops uh oh, I'm sorry, did I say all that out loud? My bad. :snacks: :cheers
