Has to do with the tangy flavor and the age of the cheese. Older cheese = more tang. Mild cheddar has little to no tang and I hate it.

i have trouble acknowledging its existence, therefore i refused to discuss it. being a bold flavor man myself, i am blind to anything labeled 'mild'.

Is Shullsburg Colby mild? If so, then I have to admit that I like mild cheese. Because this stuff is awesome. I like spicy jack, jalapeno cheddar and all sorts of spicy cheese. But the Shullsburg Colby I get from the butcher shop across the street is my among my favorites.

I've learned to not loan anyone money ever. My dad essentially stole $15,000, aka all the money I saved up for college, from me. I'm not going to tell the story.
