I hate when companies stiff ya at the end of the year when employees meet the goal (and lot more)you set for them to accomplish for the year.

I'm talking to this girl a bit that i work with. We've hung out a few times, first was a coffee date, next was new years all night, and then one night at my apartment for movies and stay the night. I've only made out with her. She is a cool person and i like hanging out with her but there's a problem. I'm getting more mature (sounds crazy for only being 20) and when i take girls on dates I'm thinking future. If we don't click or i can't imagine myself being with this person i don't like to waste my time. I'm not totally to that point yet where i don't think i could be with this girl but another girl entered the picture. And here's where im in trouble. This other girl i met and talked to for a little bit at the New Years night. It's the younger sister of her roommate/best friend. Soooo I have absolutely no idea how to approach this. I added her on facebook, but im too afraid to start talking to her because the second i do she will tell her sister that i am, and the girl i work with will know instantly obviously. Which i believe will them ruin all chances with either because they will think im a "player" which im definitely not. I don't like leading on girls, but this girl i work with is really coming onto me and idk what i want right now. Help please!

It may not be what they want to hear, but would you have to look at how it will affect you down the road...

HAHA! I was just joking, but I honestly don't know what to tell you about your situation. If you handle it in a mature way, it should be fine. Although it is females we are talking about so you never know.
