I hate the saying "Oh well, sh#t happens" depending on the situation it is used in.

So we had a massive storm come through the Twin Cities last weekend. Trees and branches and limbs down everywhere. My neighbor has a tree that is TECHNICALLY the responsibility of the city to take care of. This tree broke a limb and it fell in the street. It has made my street a single lane road by his house.

The limb is not of a size that would keep him from pulling it off the road and back into his yard so as not to impede traffic.

This A-hole won't do it because it is the city's problem. They are only busy removing whole trees from houses and restoring power so this one limb is going to be there for a long time.

I HATE THIS AND I HATE HIM FOR IT.
