Thread of Hate

I hate that Im so close to obtaining a FT job so I don't have to do these f'ing stupid on-call overnights and weekends, yet so far away because it depends on if this guy can sell his house so he can move to Arizona. Problem is, he lives in Ceresco, NE. Who the f#*k wants to move to Ceresco, NE!?

Also, I applied for a FT position at Mercy Hospital in CB and e-mailed the lady to let her know that Im interested in working there. She tells me they are going to hire from within, but then asked if id be interested in a PRN position. NO I DONT WANT A f'ing PRN POSITION! IM ALREADY WORKING A PRN POSITION AND I f'ing HATE IT!

No that's a nurse or certified nursing asst.

PRN just means casual, when needed or on-call. No set hours. Im a radiologic technologist, so it means Id only work when the FT RTs take time off or are sick. Or if Im on-call, which is what I am right now, I never know when Im gonna be called in to do an x-ray and it f'ing sucks! Im on-call starting tonight at 630 pm all the way til 8 am on Sunday by myself. Should be fun!

I hate this off season. It seems worse and different than previous off seasons and I think I know why. Another 9-4 showing and this place will explode. Nobody wants to see it happen but most reasonable folks see that it's highly likely. The nellies are already done and this is about the last chance at excuses for the pumpers. Going to be a make or break season for a lot of folks hereabout imo. I think that's why so many of the threads are in shambles. Of course my opinion doesnt count for squat, just ask the right people.

Yes I realize this. The longer we go without improvement, the more difficult it becomes for more people to seek refuge in the Kool-Aid consumption. Imo not too many people can really claim to be satisfied with no meaningful victories and more of the same. Hate to dredge up the old 9 win 4 loss thing but it simply has to change at some point. The longer it takes, the more negative nellies we'll have to deal with. Personally I don't like being on that fence and I've spent time on both sides of it.

 
I hate when people think they can piss through the gap in the front of the toilet seat, then I go in to take a sh#t and there are piss sprinkles all over the seat. Frickin' sick!

Yes I realize this. The longer we go without improvement, the more difficult it becomes for more people to seek refuge in the Kool-Aid consumption. There's only 2-3 people that ever really piss in the Kool aid. Most of the people who see things differently have been run off already. The others, its just a matter of time. I think it becomes clearer all the time that Huskerboard is promoting sunshine pumping and a$$ kissing and not real varying discussion. Give it time. You'll all be Kool aid drinkers soon enough. Then you can just go around shaking hands and agreeing with each other. It will be lovely. Lovely like that swallowing conversation a few of you were having.

BTW, what do you mean dredge up the old 9-4 thing? Dredge how? Considering its not buried too far into our past? It's all we've known for quite some time so I'm not sure how it's an old? It is what it is and it's been what it's been. We are the kings of 9-4. Til it changes I don't see how saying that is being negative. It's being real.
