Thunderin' Bolts vs Indiana

Back to back fantastic starts from the Huskers starting pitchers! Sears and Mason Mac were nails!! Both guys give up a solo shot to start game, then shut down the Hoosiers! Clark was brilliant out of the pen tonight and deserves a ton of credit! Offense is still an issue. One disastrous inning Friday, other than that, it has been 2 pretty good games by both teams. Let’s grab the series today!!

Really good series win! It was the best series starting pitching for the Huskers all season. All 3 starters held a very good Hoosier team at bay.  Sears, Mac, and Brockett were more than dominant!!!  Bullpen was lights out all weekend, with 1 exception on Friday, or we would have swept them

Froelich, Worthley and Daiss are being held together by duct tape right now. Daiss has been lingering all year and thats why he has limited innings. Fro and Jalen are taking the ball but only have so many bullets, that is why you are seeing one good outing followed by a bad one. when rested they pitch good, second outing of week? not so much. They spend more time with Tanner than at practice in a weeks time.

Both are 93-95 on weekends they didnt pitch midweek and 87-90 when they have.

Gut check??? This team can't stop the bleeding. Honestly, I expect them to get swept. I've said all year they are a paper tiger. If you can't score, you can't win and 5 runs, at home isn't enough. No bats, No closer, No trusted bullpen... Getting exactly what they deserve. I won't be surprised if Bolt pisses the post season down his leg.

Someone laughed at my post above.. Well, I deserved that. I was angry, I was in a tantrum like a 10 yo and it showed. So, yes, I absolutely deserved that laughing emoji.
