Ticketmaster question

Hey everyone, decided to take the kids to their first game. I just ordered some off of Ticketmaster. Is it normal that I have to wait until 2 days before the game that my tickets are available? Really hoping I didn't get scammed. This is all new to me I've never used Ticketmaster before nor have I ever bought my own tickets. Any info is appreciated because we're already excited I hope I did this all right

It is normal yes, especially if the tickets are electronic.  I've had some delivered right away, but also quite a few like what you describe.  You used a legit site, with protections, so you're good to get excited!

Funny story,  I once had FedEx roll up with overnight physical tickets 4 hours before game time.  That was cutting it a little too close, ha!

 
Haha! Well they just got approved already it's in a QR code format so I'm guessing they will just scan my phone or do I have to print them? It doesn't say.... Definitely excited!

 
Sounds like you will be fine no matter what, and @runningblind provide some good advice.

Since you mentioned kids, I would print them.  As long as every person in the fam has a phone, they will scan.  If not, that's why I would print to scan just in case.
