I'll be the first to thank you for you service, but, as a fellow member of the U.S. Army, I'll be succinct in what I'm about to say.

Get your head out of your a$$.

Tweeting incoming recruits is creepy, plain and simple. Your intentions might be good, but you might as well roll up to the U.S. Army All American Bowl with a van that says "Free Scholarships" on it. It seems to me that they aren't hitting up your twitter account, asking you what makes our program so great. Thats for the coaching staff to do on their recruiting trips.

If we're sad, for posting however many times a day we post, then we're slightly less sad than someone stalking possible incoming recruits.

And "Free Scholarships" on the side of your van would look way better than "Free Candy". You'll also be able to pick up some older chicks.

 
It's about fifty fifty. After talking to and getting followed by Mr rose, quite a few other recruits HAVE asked me what Nebraska is like, the weather and such. Like I said it goes both ways. When I tweet them I just say I'd love to see them in husker red but know they make decisions that will affect their entire lives so I'll support them and their choice no mater whho they go with.
