It wasn't anything new. Just that the Big 10 provided stability, we fit in better with them, etc. He said we're still going to recruit Texas because we recruit nationally. Also that the move wasn't about money because we'll probably make less in the Big 10 for the next few years. He also said he thought Bo has made tremendous strides as a head coach. It wasn't anything you haven't heard before. The one possibly new thing he said is that Jim Delany made it clear they would get everyone together to discuss rules so that everyone was on the same page and that he thought that was a good idea and something they probably should have done when merging the Big 8 and SWC.

They did do this for the merger: Texas talked with UT and the Longhorns and everyone agreed what the rules were.
