Yes, we’ll likely be in the top 25 and should be based on our games so far. I’m sure some will chime in about how we don’t deserve to be ranked, but those people probably don’t watch much football, and aren’t paying attention to what the other teams with 1 loss or ranked 15-30 look like.

Ya I was just looking at it and I’m amending my opinion. If California beats Miami they will become ranked. I think we’ll be #26/the top unranked team receiving votes. 

Beating Indiana would probably put us in the top 20 just in time to make OSU look good :P

James Madison lost to ULM so that removes another G5 candidate to be ranked.  Texas Tech just beat Arizona so the Wildcats wouldn't be a candidate.  Does USC fall out with a second loss?  I'm not so sure.  

 
Interested to see where our board judges our team in comparison to other teams and conferences. I think it’s interesting to see where national pundits think about us

 
We will not be ranked this week. If we be Indiana in two weeks, we will. WHEN we beat Ohio State the week after, we will be in the top 15. 
 

In all seriousness, I couldn’t give a hoot about our ranking. I want six wins first, then we can start thinking about these ranking accomplishments. I’m ready to book some travel to Nashville or Orlando.

I was going to trot that out, the Alabama got beat by also ran Vandy.  My saying was going to go in the direction of "if they did that then we can do this," etc. 

But never mind.  Undefeated Indiana awaits, and yes we can beat them.

No one thinks it’s the most important. Nobody said anything that should make you think that. In fact, nobody said anything that should make you think it’s in their top 10 of most important Nebraska football things. People like to discuss stuff, even unimportant stuff. 

Your viewpoint is not different.
