Hey all,

My electricity has been out since Sunday. My house has 40 year old trees in the front yard. Now they are 40 year old stems because ALL the branches are on the ground with my power line due to ice.

My home looks like a bomb went off . It is really depressing. Having to rebuild damage to my home and live in my garage with my family at the moment because that is the only heat source we have. It is a wall gas heater. Moved all beds down there. My home insurance is taking its sweet time and today I found out that we have 4 to 6 inches of snow coming Fri night. sh#t!!!

Its times like these that test your will as a man a husband and a parent. I am doing my very best but it sure seems to be a very tough road at the moment.

I have no clue when I will get my elec back so I figured I would drop you guys a line . Borrowing a computer at work which I am not supposed to do but.... screw it.

Mike, if there's anything we can do, please let us know. I went through the same thing in 1999 when Arkansas was hit for 2 weeks. I know what you're going through.

Still no juice. Was able to afford a warm bed at motel tonight. wifi and Internet is awesome. Having withdrawals.
