I feel like I disagree with that actually. Doing it this way keeps a level playing field on who they were projected to be by analysts as compared to any other player.

But I do see what you mean.

IDK if that's the case with the numbers in the tweets, but the recruiting sites do update their scores for transfers. Though they might not have much additional footage to base the rating on vs when the player was in HS.

I feel like from what I saw last year if you are a transfer that didn't play a lot or that well they basically just drop a star.

Disagree.  The rating is based on potential using mechanics, athletic ability, agility & other measurements.  Those are still there.  A lot of these guys are young & buried on the depth chart and don't want to wait or not happy with the coaching staff.

Sooooooo do you disagree?

 
Has anybody questioned why HC Matt Rhule hasn't added more transfer to the team after the spring?  Yes I know the roster was over the 85 scholarship limit and guys have left but do you think it's bc of that reason or bc HC Matt Rhule is confident with the team he has and doesn't really want to add guys to not be loyal to them?  There are post spring transfers that can help like Barrett Miller.  I know there isn't any guarantee's that just bc you add players they bring automatic success but you don't know unless you add them.
