Daddylonglegs. He is iexcite on HPH.

I believe also huskerphile from HPH has registered tom leet.

Huskerphile also mentions trying to register StevePedersonSucksBalls, but the name was changed to StevePedersonSucks.

Also, the member "huskerchuck" on HPH is apparently going to register some ultra super secret probationary name that he won't reveal. I wanna say he was "woodchuck" from earlier BS. Do we have his record? He says he is a "systems analyst" on his HPH profile. I'd love to nail this fu&*#r at work. I know woodchuck revealed himself on HPH, but I can't find the image where he does. Frank do you recall?

Record these fool's IP addresses. They apparently don't get the hint and hopefully they are on a broadband conneciton of some sort. Those folks should be easier to report to their ISP's considering the ISP SHOULD keep a record of who has held what IP in the recent past.

I guess Kelly's ego wears on all who pay to keep up that jaded, trifle of a site.

Might as well wait - at this point we don't know if Birch is going to do a damn thing, and we can at least capture their IPs and NetCop 'em. I imagine ISPs are a lot faster to kill regular accounts than they are to kill a T-1 line.

Speaking of which...is there a master list of IPs at this point? And is it matched up to usernames?

 
The one problem we're going to have with NetCopping these asswipes is that we're going to have to show some "out of bounds" stuff. I think we can get the ones that listed themselves on the HPHProgram.jpg file - they clearly intended to harass and carried through.

But for the "new" accounts tomorrow, it might be difficult to show an intent to harass rather then just being a jerk - and they won't get booted from their ISP for being a jerk, I would guess. So, if it's obscene, etc., definately move it to the Junkyard. If it isn't I'm not sure that there's much we can do but endure.

I'm heading over to HPH to see if anythings happening...

I'll put a restriction on that name. BTW, noticed in there when they were talking about how "those idiots mustve just banned all new members and probably lost some good customers in the process" -- do we have a SS of that comment? I think it would be a good one to put in our timecapsule. :thumbs

 
On their web site (www.birch.com) there is no contact telephone number specifically for reporting abuse. There is a "customer care" number - 888-772-4724. You could try that, and see if they can inform you of the report or allow you to speak to the people in the abuse department.

I think it's worth a try - not that it will stop them, since they are connecting through their own providers, but if we get HPH shut down - or the threat to do so if they carry through - HPH can spread the word to the members.
