You didn't believe it and neither did JJ.  Or am I wrong?  I guess if it was a joke, I missed it.  But I am not really that good with humor!  

And we are all getting F-ed with, that is what happens with the +1's and eye rolls and so on.

And I do invent people, because I am lonely.  I did it as a child too.  I still miss Max so much...I wonder where he went.

Loe Doesn't Know, APSU and DefenderAO were new voices for awhile there before totally disappearing. Devo Husker was a regular but stopped posting in December. Zoogs bailed 7 years ago when a thread on sexism didn't break in his direction. Haven't seen NM11046 in ages. B.B. Hemingway, too. Can't remember why Landlord was banned.

Our 25 regulars are solid posters, but some new blood would be refreshing.

I come on occasionally to check recruiting gossip, but I try not to go into the politics threads.  I'm so far behind now I didn't want to get beat up if I commented on something.  

When covid hit I decided this was a place that wasn't going to be good for my headspace.  It was difficult enough to get through the days with all the disinformation and negativity in the real world - I couldn't bear the thought of coming on here and fighting the same battles with the same idiots.  I'm still just flabbergasted that we're here again with the stupidest human in the world at the helm.

Miss you smart people though - and happy to see that the debates continue with some newbies joining the fight.  Check out https://5calls.org if you want to make a difference locally!!!

(and I have to be honest - the ads that fill my screen and jump around when I log on to this site are exhausting)
