Remember how Trump said he'd donate his salary, and all the Believers fawned over this, as a magnanimous gesture?
Yeah. Funny story.
Trump's annual salary is $400,000. Chump change for a billionaire. Bloomberg spent more than that in three months on a failed political campaign.
So, in three years, Trump's "donated" $1,200,000.
He's recouped more than half of that - that we know of - by charging the Secret Service at his hotels.
And this isn't counting the Air Force personnel that were routed to Trump's properties. Or any of his other grifts.
