Not sure what to do with this guy. He's already gotten three warnings for personal attacks. His most recent warning (#3) led to a 7-day suspension.

But here we go again. He's not terrible in these posts, but his pattern is to build from this to more direct.

That's a tough one. I think he needs to be PMd to cool it. His posts don't match up to the standards of being civil and respectful we want here. At the same time he isn't really a problem user, the kind that needs a vacation. You want to PM, or should I? good cop-bad-cop? :lol:

Ok, will do. If we need a naughty cop we can bring in BRI. I know he loves that role ;)

(edit) done - we'll see how he responds.
