Yep, that's what it's doing to me.  Sometimes it works, sometimes not.  Sometimes if I let it sit there for several seconds it will resolve.  Sometimes I have to delete and re-paste.  Sometimes I have to reload the page and try again.

Kind of annoying.

Looks like the issue is causing longer load times, too. When I came back to this page just now, it took a full minute for the page loading symbol in my web browser to stop spinning, and the CBS tweet was displaying in that weird format until the page stopped loading.

 
If you're using Firefox, it's probably because you have tracking protection set to Strict. Try opening the Menu, go to Content Blocking, and set it to Standard instead of Strict.

My browser just took a dive and I had to start over from scratch. Thanks for this tip - fixed a little problem I was having.

Sorry to hear that you had problems, did you have Firefox Sync turned on to backup your logins and bookmarks and stuff?

@knapplc It's also handy if you have more than one device, like desktop + laptop + phone, to share your tabs and logins and stuff.
