The problem is our offense only focuses on routes at the LOs or 20 yards downfield. If I’m a DC I’m blitzing and pressing every single play, we’ve shown zero ability to handle it all year

Why? He's not the problem.

None of his receivers are working to get open. He has to hold the ball long enough that his line can't possibly block, and he has pressure on every single throw.

How is putting Haarberg going to fix that?

At this point why would he care?   He gets tens of tens of millions anyway.
