*** UCLA Game Day Thread ***

The problem is our offense only focuses on routes at the LOs or 20 yards downfield. If I’m a DC I’m blitzing and pressing every single play, we’ve shown zero ability to handle it all year
Because we very rarely replace the blitzing spot with a receiver for  a nice easy throw from the QB.  Instead, somehow NU is dropping back and running routes or reading it like there is 5 seconds to throw the ball.   Some of this is now on DR too

On a side note, what’s with these banner ads on mobile today? I hope we have a premium pricing model for ad placement on gameday cause whoever placing these massive ads must be cashing in on the click per view rate

Dylan doesn't process very well right now.  He's extremely slow to read the D and pull the trigger.
It’s a mess. He can chuck it quick to everyone’s favorite blown up screen, he can’t stand back there like he did earlier in year against weaker opponents, the receivers can’t separate, there’s no play action because no one fears our run.  We need some intermediate routes but again the receivers are a liability. Roll him out, run him a bit more. The offense is not good, coaching and players both.

We never addressed the OL. I like QB Raiola but there’s not much around him. Poor OL, no stud RB to take the pressure off, no receivers.
What stud RB would come here with this OC. And this OL?  And having the RB line up in the next time zone.  How about bring in a FB to help block.  Roll Raiola out.  Quick slants.  Bring in HH. Do something.  Anything, but what you want to call. Satt needs to simply ask himself what his best call is and can it. Go with the complete opposite.
