Tag line can be "only a conference that spans the nation can name a true national champion."

I would have taken OU and Texas first, which would have locked the $EC to expand with worse geography.  Could have had OU/TX and then this back to back and really took better field position overall.

And if things don't work out for Frost this year I can think of a coach who was recently honored as Coach of the Year in the USFL plus has close ties with both the PAC 12 and DONU. Just sayin'.

I'm sure every PAC 12 and Big 12 president/AD is calling Kevin Warren right now trying to get in on the fat stacks of cash.

Personally, I'd throw the fans a bone and add UNLV and Tulane.  Gives all the fanbases a destination game each year to get s#!t faced.

The NFL has rules and regulations in place to prevent the free-for-all/clusterf^ck that is currently college athletics.

I know a lot of people hate the NFL but as it stands now it is under much better management than the college game.

I like how college was - never said I wanted where it is going but it seems inevitable at this point. The 'good ol' days' are gone.
