UT-C and Fresno State game times

I'm surprised the Fresno game is on the BTN. I would have assumed it would be on ESPN2 or ESPNU so people on the west coast can actually watch it.

Hey--Mickey's loss is the Big Ten Network's (and our) gain!

And I can't be the only one around here doing a happy dance when thinking about how I won't have to shell out $40 for a crappy Fox Sports PPV game?

Man, this means we only have one 11am game so far with eight scheduled, and only these four to go:

10/29 MICH. STATE

11/05 NORTHWESTERN

11/12 @ PENN STATE

11/19 @ MICHIGAN

If Michigan State does well, I can easily see three of these four being picked up by Disney. This has to substantially help with recruiting efforts, especially in Texas--your kid may not play in your state, but you can watch him every week.

When confirmed, that will give us times for seven of our games so far, right?

Tenn/Chatt - 2:30 (BTN)

Fresno - 6pm (BTN)

Wyoming - 6:30 (Versus)

Wiscy - 7pm (ABC/ESPN)

OSU - 7pm (ABC/ESPN)

Minny - 2:30 (ABC)

Iowa - 11am (ABC)

Correct. I also believe that the Northwestern game will be on BTN. Probably at 2:30. Should be announced by Wednesday.
TV information for the remaining 5 games will be announced on a 6-12 day window.

A lot of games being broadcasted on ABC means a lot of media attention :koolaid2:

Nebraska will open the 2011 season on Sept. 3 against Tennessee-Chattanooga with kickoff set for 2:30 p.m. CDT. In week two, Nebraska will host Fresno State under the Memorial Stadium lights, with kickoff set for 6 p.m. CDT on Sept. 10. Both games will be televised, but specific details are still to be determined.
The Huskers' matchup with Washington on Sept. 17 will be televised by ABC, with kickoff at 2:30 p.m. CT. Areas not receiving the game on their local ABC affiliate will be able to view the contest on ESPN in their market.

Previously, Nebraska had learned television details and times for the following games-at Wyoming (Sept. 24, Versus, 6:30 p.m. CT); at Wisconsin (Oct. 1, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2, 7 p.m.); Ohio State (Oct. 8, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2, 7 p.m.); at Minnesota (Oct. 22, ABC, 2:30 p.m.); Iowa (Nov. 25, ABC, 11 a.m.).
