Vince from Shamwow

Vince is all about snark and getting under people's skin. I usually have a very low tolerance for that kind of crap, but for some reason I've always laughed at his BS.

I won't be sorry in the least if he's banned, though. There's a difference between snark and pushing buttons just to push buttons. Vince just pushes buttons. His a-hole-to-good-post ration is like 10:1. Not good.

The sad/stupid thing is, he could be better if he tried. He just doesn't care. He'll hang himself eventually.

 
I don't know if anyone's noticed, but Vince was last on the Board September 26, 2010 at 9:22 p.m. You don't suppose he's gone for good, do you? While he takes time off during the off-season, he's usually on the Board quite a bit during the season.

 
Apparently I deleted it, but I had a conversation via PM with Vince a few weeks ago. He basically said he's bored with the site, but he'll be around occasionally. Nothing eye-catching.

 
Not surprising. I suspect that he doesn't like the fact that we tend to keep things a tad strict in terms of stirring trouble, and he likes doing that. Plus, I strongly suspect that a lot of members had him on their Ignore list - he'd post something and get little or no response. He's not dumb, by any means, so he had to figure that folks were using the Ignore function.
