The funny/sad part is you two aren't that far apart in the poli thread, but you're both stubborn and can't see past some small differences and initial tension. WTF are you two congressmen?

 
It's because walksalone is a punk. I'm willing to be cool, but he can't get over his punkness. His punktastic responses punk up an otherwise punk-less thread.
