We beat 2 teams that won't make a bowl game and 1 FCS team. And people thought the program was back. 😂

If it wasn't before, Purdue and Rutgers are now must wins to me to entertain bowl hopes.  Wisconsin might be worse but until Nebraska beats them I can't count it.  Winning in Iowa City at night as well.  Indiana is better than expected and I see UCLA as a tossup.  Ohio State and USC would be pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

I know we hate Bert, but the guy can coach. He molds an identity and his teams play hard, smart, and tough.
Yep, Fred Flintstone, I mean Bert has excelled in the Big 10.   He never should have gone to Ark.  I still don't think we have the type of Big 10 lines (off and def) that we need.  We aren't getting the push on offense to run the ball well against stronger Big 10 Ds.  On Defense - we have got to have great linebackers to make the 3-5 work.  There wasn't much pressure on the QB last night by our front 3 or even when we had more than 3.  Regardless, that front 7 did a terrible job with containment as well.  Kind of reminded me of Bo's failed attempts in stopping the Jet Sweep.

The OL and DL weakness has been the number one problem for the Husker’s for the last 15 years.  Until that is fixed we’ll continue to play .500 level ball. 3rd and 3 to win the game and we can’t run the ball for two plays for 3 yards to get the win.  If you watched that Michigan game versus USC they pounded the rock 80 plus yards down the field in the last 4 minutes to win the game.  That’s Big Ten Football.  That use to be Husker FB.
