Cassius Peat (class of '15) REALLY likes USC. i know he's only a freshman and Nebraska is up there too, but i just feel like were losing the battle before it begins :/

 
2015?? By that time Lane Kiffin will be on to his next HC gig. And USC will be under a whole new set of ncaa sanctions.

Besides, I just can't bring myself to get worked up over another Peat.

 
A topic that should at the very minimum should be in the recruiting forum, much less be concerned about. No offense. Let's be more concerned with how Todd Jr, someone who can immediately contribute, develops by the fall.

Yes, this should be in the recruiting forum, but I wouldn't get yourself too worried about this. The guy is three years away from playing football at the college level and A LOT can happen between now and then.

Besides, Lane Kiffin already offered a 7th grader a scholarship a couple of years back - getting kids super early is something Kiffin does.

 
By the time Cassius stepped foot on campus, both Andrus and Todd would have already graduated/went pro. So I think the sibling card with Cassius won't be as strong of a pitch as it was with Andrus.
