Most of the country knows we won this game. We dominated the Texas offense. So all the Husker fans will feel this way. Sometimesthe bad calls and offical reseting the clock all during the game change the outcome. We were not going to be allowed to beat Texas. This is Texas's confernece and the home field with the Big Texan's Big 12 rigged championship and Bo was yhelling at the Texas Big 12 Commishioner. Watch joel klatt of Fox Sports he says he was watching the clock it read zero and then the ball landed at his feet on the sideline!

 
What a crazy game and night. Great effort and no one gave us a chance. Let's get a bowl victory wherever we go. So proud of the way our defensive unit dismantled the Horns. BLACKSHIRTS R BACK!!! :clap :bonez :clap :bonez :clap

 
It's amazing how ESPN was showing the time left when the ball sailed out of bounds, by the ABC clock and not the official one. Not to mention, there was no way to say for sure when the Ref blew the whistle.

I bet if the clock read Zero, there would have been an uproar of Texas coaches and officials demanding Nebraska turn over the trophy to it's rightful owner. Nebraska played their hearts out, and the Texas players have a big grin on their face because they were able to sneak away with a win.

 
Joel Klatt a CU QB was on the sideline where the ball landed he saw the clock go to zero and then land at his feet and he said so after the game of the Fox sports network

 
All I care about is that Mccoy doesn't win the Heisman. Little sh#t doesn't deserve any award after almost giving away the game like that

 
Regardless.. a statement was made tonight. Nebraska is officially back. And we took a Heisman trophy away from Texas! That is unless they paid someone off to get it!!!

Very true! This game may have cost us a Fiesta bowl but that's all it cost us (well the obvious big 12 title). This places us squarely in the thick of the conference and guys we beat/lost to the most talented team in the conference with an offense that could do nothing most of the year. Suh, turner and the rest of the seniors will be missed but we'll gain some offensive firepower to match the pelini brothers master defenses. The future is bright as this team has shown how to play UP to the level of competition.
