What happened to Corey Young?

After he left here where did he go?

We could have really used this kid at DB, and I wonder now if he regrets leaving knowing Pelini is here...

I hated to see him leave, I think he had alot of potential.

Corey is out of football now, after deciding it wasn't for him.

I believe he isn't currently enrolled in a college, but will be soon. I would not count on him ever wearing pads again.

 
any idea what caused him to hang 'em up?

even if I were such a bad player I'd still stick with the team till the end.

I believe it was a combination of many things, including his dislike for his position coach.

D1 college football is a large step up from high school in terms of time commitment, mentality, etc. Some kids just don't want to make the adjustment.
