It’s the ultimate Monday morning QB to say you wouldn’t have hired Frost.  It was a slam dunk hire.

Just because it didn't work out, doesn't mean it wasn't the right move.  I know that sounds crazy.  But, nobody could have predicted really how bad it was.

Ugh! My comment wasn't about who should've been hired instead. It was about understanding what the expectations of his hiring at NU, and dud it include a requirement to fire Riley and chase or hire Frost as the next coach. 

I couldnt give one s#!t about what this board thinks of the Frost hire three years after his firing.  Guess that wasn't obvious.

Tim Brando said when Scott Frost was hired in Lincoln that Frost was the second coming of Nick Saban.  It was the right move at the time.  It just didn't work out.

This. It was pretty clear in year 2, but crystal clear after year 3 it wasn't going to work. Yet they let meddling boosters allow keeping him into year 5.
