Donald may only be behind Howard Stern, Harvey Levin and the Kardashians in that department.

I've never heard of Harvey Levin, which is a bad sign for a celebrity.
Howard Stern is an odd choice. He's been relatively low profile the last 20 years.
All Donald Trump has ever wanted is to be looked at all the time by everybody.
Harvey founded TMZ. All he gives a s#!t about is celebrity. Howard has really only cared about being an A List celebrity without the TMZ component since probably 2005. He’s infatuated with movie stars.
Agree with your first sentence. As to your last sentence, I don’t believe Congress members can be charged for what is said/shown while in session.

In fairness, tracking celebrities is Harvey and Howard's profession.
If Harvey is the guy who appears on camera in tight t-shirts showing off his guns, he's definitely a bit of a douche.
Howard Stern is actually a very good interviewer. He had his white hot A-list moment in the '90s, but has been a lot quieter since getting married and leaving terrestrial radio.
