If it wasn't already clear, it is now. Fascism is their present and future.
The GQP is literally fawning all over a devout fascist. Everything this party does right now from book banning, to attempted coups, to overturning a woman's right to make her health decisions, to banning contraception, interracial marriage, gay marriage, passing voter suppression laws, refusing to certify election results, supporting foreign dictators, disparaging the media and scientists, is text book authoritarianism.

This video just shows the contrast between this week's GOP primary election in Arizona and where Ariz was with McCain and Flake. I would say that today's Ariz GOP is more in the bucket for Putin just like Rand Paul was when McCain gave this floor speech. Man, how has Trump flipped and ruined the GOP.
