What to call our coach on HB?

I'm just glad we have hired MR.  We have not been good since we hired MR a number of years ago.  The coach we hired after we fired MR obviously didn't work out.  So, now that MR is here, he can rebuild the program.  Hopefully, MR can do that and we regain the toughness that was here before MR.
