Where to you log your training?

This is similar to HeyBakerMark's thread around runkeeper, but I guess in general, how do you track your training?

I use a notebook in the gym, then log on www.thesquatrack.com.

I've seen some forums provide logging via just using one thread per person.. It's crude, but it get's the job done.

I track mine in my workout log book that you can get through bodybuilding.com. I don't usually keep them too long I just reference them as I progress through my weight training to see what weight I've done before.
