Who do you think will do Special teams coordination?

I'm great with bringing in a ST's analyst in but he needs to be getting designated full-time staff up to speed on ST's so that they can run things effectively on their own when Snyder move-on to a regular gig. 

 
They have actually led the FBS the last 20 years:K-State has scored a nation leading 96 non-offensive touchdowns since 1999. It’s not just that K-State has turned specials teams into an identity, they’ve turned it into points which translates, as we all know, to wins.
Nice find.  I was not aware they were so dominant in ST.  I'd be all over this to improve NU's ST as we have been sorely lacking in this area.  When you aren't cracking the top 10 in recruiting you gotta be "special" in other areas of the game to compete for championships.
