Who NEEDS to have a good game against OU

I'm just not sure I believe their numbers - using pass attempts + sacks (I don't know a way to include scrambles that doesn't involve more time than I'm going to spend), Oklahoma would have a 70% pressure rate. Missouri would have a 79% pressure rate. That just doesn't seem accurate, or at least sustainable.

That being said, our OL vs. their pass rush is the biggest mismatch in the game regardless of these numbers.

TBH, if it's Mizzery and Oregon State and UCLA that Oklahoma is keeping company on that list, either the stats aren't very reliable or things have gone completely sideways in college football.

Play makers.  If you know you LIT then here's your shot.  Step up or step aside.

This includes throwing the ball to the guys so they can go off.

Offense will make plays. Defense will make plays. We'll move the ball sometimes. We'll have good drives defensively. We aren't such a basket case that we aren't able to do any of those things.

It's all about mistakes. You left 30 points on the board against Buffalo. You gave Illinois half of their winning score.

You can't give Oklahoma squat. Nada.

And I don't trust this team to do that.

Safeties will be tested today and will have to play well. Dismuke and Williams are good players but their speed vs OU receivers concern me.

OL showing up big in the first quarter, 3 false starts and one personal foul. not too bad. maybe the next drive they can go for 5 penalties.

The offensive line needs to have a day. If they can open some holes and get to the 2nd level and give 2AM a little time to throw we may have a punchers chance. If they play poorly, our chances of even keeping it reasonable are significantly reduced.
I guess I should’ve included not having stupid penalties.
