Hire a coach who can fun the option and we won’t need to compete for the traditional top recruits.  Types like Frazier, Frost and Gill who are only two-star recruits for pro style offenses but 4+ for option will come to us. Same for blocking receivers. The o-line will follow, then with success we start getting better defensive players. Niche marketing. Simple concept. It is why we won from 1981-2001, and it wasn't even as much of a niche then.

What is the sense of acting like you want to compete and then being plain jane?  Im not saying that Trev won't do it I just saying if he doesn't hire big we will be fudged.
