Lots of smoke around MR. could have done much worse. Honestly the most important part of the staff is the OC/DC and strength and conditioning department. Those are the hires I’m interested in.

I don't know how I feel about Rhule. Good coach but don't know how or if he has a big enough name to recruit national recruits.

It's baffling how past administrations and much of our fan base have forgotten that we're not ever going to be successful running the same schemes as other schools located in recruiting hotbeds.  We don't have the recruiting base to do that.  Osborne knew this and built a juggernaut that eventually was able to recruit against the upper echelon in college football especially for skill players that fit his team's identity.   I gotta have faith TA is on it.  

Yes it all came down to execution Recruit towards a certain identity, develop , and then execute like a machine. Doing the same thing over and over again. Other teams knew what was coming but could not stop it identity, recruiting, development and execution was all in sync
