"If it all" incredible journalism right there. So Nebraska won't announce a coach we will just have an anonymous one which would be kinda cool
Twitter is full of bots and phonies. I don't believe anything that comes from these clickbait specialists.

if matt rhule was on campus then he's the next coach.

no other coach has been spotted here.

One thing's for sure, Rhule is either going to coach somewhere or, he's at least considering it. If he definitively isn't, wouldn't he make a statement that he's not going to? Crickets.

You think that Matt Rhule is the next coach. I'm not sure if that's the case though one has to think that there's a decent possibility anyway.

i still like the idea of stealing matt campbell from iowa st.

if nothing else, matt and mickey could get some amazing recruiting classes.
I don't Iowa State can keep him for all I care. Fans look at records to be excited for who is ever new is coming in and I think even the die hards fans that support the University no matter what would probably question the hire with the record that he has this year. Just saying this fan base should and needs to be excited about who TA is going to name as a coach permanently instead of saying who or why. We may not agree on certain names but the majority of husker fans and Huskerboard members agree that Matt shouldn't be a candidate or don't want him to be the next head coach.

I jumped on here to post this very same thought - and then I saw your post. Which stated it adequately  :cheers

Iowa State is literally in the cellar in the Big XII.

And I realize Iowa State is not an easy place to recruit to but I'm not sure what your basis is for the recruiting comment.  He has averaged one four-star recruit per year for the last six years - most of whom are from Iowa - and struggles to sign classes in the Top 50.

Mickey I'd buy.  Campbell not so much.
