Who's Leaving?

If we are talking about switching positions, it should probably start with the position we know he is good at... And several coaches stated he would've been a 5 star LB.

What are you basing this off of? Rumor is he would've been a 5 star LB if that was his position but he chose QB... So if try that before TE...

Well, being he plays offense and has been studying the playbook, he should know the TE routes. It would be easier for him to convert to TE over LB.

He "could" have been a 5* LB coming out of HS but he has played QB the last 3yrs in college. Tell me how that translates to being a better converted LB then a TE?

I don't know, how does playing QB translate to BLOCKING, RUNNING ROUTES, CATCHING PASSES??? He actually played LB in his lifetime...not TE or OL or Called the plays...

And that is why I think 1 or 2 of the QBs should be moved to a different position. We could have up to 7 scholly QBs next year on the roster and that is crazy.

Come on, lots of teams have more QB's than DE's! ha

Maybe Langs looks for duel threat QBs...not run/pass, but LB/QB or DE/QB ha

And that is why I think 1 or 2 of the QBs should be moved to a different position. We could have up to 7 scholly QBs next year on the roster and that is crazy.

Yeah I'm all for moving the talent to where they can be used. No need for someone who can contribute to ride pine.

I'm just still more in the Stanton camp at QB than Bush. I think Bush could make better contribution on Defense.

See the discussion above. Stanton has better chance of sticking at LB than Bush. We are so deep at DB it wouldn't make sense to put Bush there either...

The staff almost has no choice but to remove his scholarship. Combine that with a possible transfer/removal of Boaz Joseph because of his recent issues, this would go a long way in getting our scholarship number to 85.
