We've lost good receivers before. If he wants to leave fine - but, he should Google Keeston Terry to see what his future likely holds. Rarely do you see a recruit that flip-flops this much pan out at the next level.
Sum it up for everyone:

  • 4 Star WR out of KC
  • Committed to Nebraska
  • Decommitted to Nebraska
  • Played one (?) year at KU
  • Now playing Safety at D2 Pitt St. (Kansas)

For the record, Pitt St. is a quality program....
Still Division 2

Agreed. The MAIA is a great football conference.

Washburn University has two players playing in the Superbowl. That is the same as Alabama, and the same as Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and LSU COMBINED.

The Icabods.

Every 18 yr old kid who is all state, 4 star, mulitple offer kid thinks: "I'm gonna ball when I get there, blahblahblah".

Then they come in and see a 21 or 22 Q Enunwa and all of a sudden goes "wow, he's a grown man".

Even guys like Turner or Burkhead who see the filed and help actually win games aren't all world. No matter who u are (besides freaks like AP, Hershel Walker, or will shields) it takes a season or two to "ball out". It just does.

If he thinks he wants to just "play as a true frosh" then go somewhere where u can do that. If you want to become a BETTER PLAYER, come here.

Unless you're a guy like Sammy Watkins Potkins for Clemson. That guy was electric from day one.

Sounds like we might make the choice for him. At least that seems to be the strong rumor this afternoon.
Please elaborate.
Meaning we've told him he's not coming here.
That is how I read it.

Because of his waffling? Or because we think we have someone else (ex. Clark)?
You don't sit across the table from Bo Pelini and tell him that you are 100% committed to him and tell Auburn another. Stringfellow 2.0.

Bottom line, Bo Pelini doesn't get lied to. You lie to face during the recruiting process, what are you going to do when you are on campus???
