Height is important in WR spots (actually all the pass catcher positions) but they need to be sble to run fast and precise routes and recognize the open areas as well.  

Good hands are essential. 

Blocking intensity is critical. This is  where the size may help

the most.  

 
McAlister's just better than the guys he's going up against. Maybe I'm not compensating for his competition, but he kind of looks like a slower Maurice Purify.

It would be fascinating and a surprise to just get an offer on Aug 1st and have more confidence in Boise St. more than those schools you've been interacting with.  I would get it if it were Clemson or OSU ... but not a Boise St. team ... yawn.
