Stanley Morgan was a much more refined receiver entering his freshman season than Simmons will be. Simmons has a ton of upside I know. I don't know that he would have cracked the 2 deep here next year had he committed. Wish he was going to be here but he's not the only 6'3" fish in the sea.

Good chance he would've RS'd in '16 unless there were injuries. I wish him the best.

We currently do not have a WR on the roster like Simmons and I think he would have played right away, despite the depth at that position. This stings more than Fitz, imo. Fitz is similar to what we have on the roster and what we'll bring in next year. Wish him the best though.

Wanted to play early. Look at Clemson's depth chart at Safety and its obvious. Throw in the fact the are playoff contenders, it was an easy choice. Them missing on him would've hurt far more than it did us.
