WR/S Isaiah Simmons [Clemson Commit]

This is the type of athlete you take and figure it out when he's on campus. The staff is smart to give him a shot at WR. Would be coached by one of the best in its position in the country. We need big bodied wideouts as well.

 
We need to add some height to the corps - coaches have been looking for that 6'3+ all recruiting season. Now we get a great 6'3 guy and people are skeptical. Wouldn't mind adding him as the big body we're looking for, especially since if it doesn't work out for some reason he can switch sides of the ball.

 
He never practices at WR because he's his team's backup QB fwiw, but has natural ability.

Riley is down in Olathe right now doing an in home. Thought I heard Coach Williams was too but I could be wrong. Hopefully it goes well. He is a radius kid who we need in the program. One of the best athletes in the midwest.

 
This kid is a freak athlete. His stride is so smooth he effortlessy just runs away from people. He could probably play safety, LB, cb, wr, or even a little rb. Just sign the kid and give him a chance at were he wants to play at the next level.

 
Watched his HUDL video. If he wants to be a WR then he could almost be used in reverse as what J Peppers was this season for Mich. Let IS play D on a Hail Mary and put him on the biggest receiver.

 
Didn't realize he ran a 4.37 at an Arkansas camp over the summer. Seems legit judging by his film. Anyone that moves like that at that size can choose whatever position he wants. Seems to be a very underrated talent and would be a huge piece to this class

 
Riley and Read visited yesterday.

Moved his OV from Jan. 15 to Jan. 22.

Visited Illinois last weekend. No visit this weekend. Looking to visit Missouri and Louisville in January.

 
This is a kid that Nebraska really needs to get IMO. Not just for the fact that he is a great player, but because he falls into that 500 mile radius. IMO that is the key to really making NU great again. NU needs to get 8-10 recruits from the state of Nebraska and its boarder states every year.

It might be between us and Louisville. Our visit is on January 15 and Louisville is on the 30th.

However, Louisville already has 21 commits. I wonder how many they plan on taking.

Didn't you hear? Our staff is incapable of getting any kind of recruit. We should just shut down and go to 2019 recruits

Still have a month to go. Lets look at what we have in place.

The QB of the future

A good looking RB

Two good looking WRs in Grimm and Spielman

One of the best Lineman in the country in Raridon and a good looking one in Brokop (I'm going to mark Farniok N too)

I really like the look of Simmons and Domann whether we can hold on to Alexander is another point

And a good looking safety in might be Dismuke who will be our in with the Calabasas crew

This is a pretty good core I would say and just have to do some building around these guys and can turn out to be a pretty good class. It's funny because you didn't see anyone complaining last year when MR and staff came in and held last years class together and was able to add Barnett, Alston, Snyder, and Young. Not to mention getting a very talented Jordan Stevenson who Alabama also wanted.
