That's funny, but I think it's more of his GPA in his core classes have increased to where his current ACT score will most likely be enough to qualify.

If you have proper tutoring for the ACT it's pretty easy to increase your score dramatically. A lot of kids psych themselves out on it and there is a pretty set way of practicing for it.

First hand example:  I showed up still drunk from a party the night before for my first ACT.  My score went up 5 points the next time I took it sober!

Ya well I once took the ACT and didn't like my score so I didn't study or anything and took it again and got the same score again, ha.
