who cares why people use it? it sounds like someone (many ones?) report polo every time he posts. all that matters is if a rule was broken or not.

i would like to point out i did not use it because of any disagreement. i enjoy and embrace disagreement. or as i call it, discussion. i used it because he called me a jerk, i asked him twice to lay off the personal attacks, he did not. he followed me into another thread and posted:

I use the report function when my family gets disparaged, I get insulted because that's the go to for me, or my own topics get derailed (which I was told to start to avoid tangents).
Conveniently, when I'm told I bad for the board, the numerous reports on me get brought up. Which I'm sure are never used to get back at me, as you accuse.
