Zac Taylor?

I think he has a good enough understanding of the game that he will be a good coach. Like a GA somewhere at a D-IAA university. I don't think he has the tools to play in the NFL or in arena ball. Good luck to him!

Good call! Maybe coaching is where he is supposed to be.

I found this in Keller's interview from the first day of practice. I'll try and find something that outright says he's a volunteer coach.

On former Husker quarterback Zac Taylor helping out (Listen)

“Zac has tremendous knowledge of this offense and obviously he’s tested it under fire, so Zac being around is great. He’s a great resource just to have as far as knowing where to go and what to do. You can always know what to do on the chalkboard, but in the game compared to scrimmage and practice is a lot different. You can talk to the coaches, but it helps to have a guy like Zac who knows it as well as the coaches that has been in the game. There’s experience there that is valuable, so I will go to Zac a lot if I need it.”
