Hannon was to be a senior, so it wouldn't open up an additional recruit for '18.

He is leaving to move closer to family. Zach has told the coaching staff we're he is going, but Riley opted not to announce it yet.

How many scholarship spots do we have left for this year? Maybe add a grad transfer or Juco late for depth.

Another reason why it was head-scratching why we didn't look to sign more guys in February.

Have to agree with you on signing more guys in the spring. Huskers.com still had Dwayne Johnson but he transferred correct? If we can add one or two grad transfers to provided depth at wideout and the offensive line that would be great. Mainly at OT to push Knevel harder would be nice, but I do not know of any grad transfers at the moment, maybe teams spring depth charts will cause some to transfer.
Wish Zach nothing but the best in his future endeavors.
